some lies and some truths about this issue…

TRUTHS…

no one understands what they are until they are one of them. they didn’t choose what they are, but they didn’t fight against it either…


And the problem is that, even if they chose to fight, they will not make it through and be victorious, because the temptation is too hard to bear, they feel they are out of place in the beginning and in some cases abnormal because of the feelings they get which is considered to be wrong by the world and religions.

All the emotions wrapped up inside of them the fear of “if I don’t act upon my feelings I will never know what love is” some are tortured at first because they don’t want to be this way and they can’t control their emotions and how they feel to the same sex people. and some people deal with it directly and they declare their “true” sexual orientation to the people around them. sometimes that act is welcomed and sometimes they get abandoned from their families and friends so they start to look for people like them or people who would accept what they are and who they are. and here comes the religious people who keep telling them “ YOU WILL GO TO HELL” and they fail to tell them how God really loves them and that He didn’t want this to happen in the first place. they fail to show the LOVE of God and instead they tell them about a judgment that even they might face it for judging others. after they meet people like them they will start to be more comfortable and share everything they feel openly. and sooner they will think they are in the right place and it’s ok to be what you want to be. and all the religions are wrong and there is no God or even if there is they will start to hate Him because of some wrong messages and some wrong ideas and lack of knowledge about Him.

AND THE LIES…

The first lie is that they are born this way, and it’s genetic. actually that is not true, no one is born gay and till now it is not proven to be any gay genes but they become gay at the beginning of their childhood even when they are babies.

Why? it’s because of the curse that exists because of sin. you see God created Adam in His own image but Adam, after his fall gave birth to a child in his own image which is the fallen state of humanity. so when we are born, we are in the image of our fathers fallen state. because of one persons irresponsibility we all get to live under the curse and by “curse” I don’t just mean gay, lesbian… I mean sickness, abnormality, death…etc. because God created Adam holy, perfect and eternal living being and that all ended when he ate the fruit of knowing the good and evil. eating the fruit was not the sin, rebelling against God’s commandment was the sin and that led to his death and to our death because we are his seed.

second lie is; that they can’t be freed. well, actually they can. how? they must be willing to change and believe that God sent His son to bear all our sicknesses and curses, Jesus was made curse for us, He who never sinned was crucified, He was tortured because of our inequities and by just accepting that, you are free of sin and free from the curse...but then of course there will be someone who will not be happy about this act, and will try to drag you back to where you were, his name is Satan.

He will start to fill you with thoughts like this “OH! YOUR NEVER GONNA DO IT!” “ARE YOU KIDDING YOURSELF? YOU HAVE BEEN LIKE THIS FOR YEARS YOU CAN’T CHANGE WHO YOU ARE” that’s when the battle begins in the battlefield of your mind. in this situation all you have to do is push these thoughts away by the word of God which is the sword for your battle you should hold onto it because if you lose your sword in what way will you be able to fight? he will smash you down in few minutes. Never give him the chance to win. in all those battles you will feel the power of God overwhelming you and guiding you. and when you resist him in your mind he will attack your body through your body, you see, we are weak, our flesh does what it likes and it’s hard to make it obey our spirit, because the spirit does and wants what God wants, but the body is ruled by the temptations and longings of the world. in order to win this fight you should keep praying. and by praying I mean to speak to Him as a friend. He understands you and He loves you no matter what. even if you sinned while you were tempted don’t worry He gives you another chance because He knows your heart. it is here that you will sense His great LOVE on your skin. you will not be able to understand how much He loves you! your heart will ache every time you realize the passion He has for you.
